WEEKLY WORKOUT RECAP WEEK EIGHT

This was a tough week for workouts, I was dealing with a cold all week, but I still got it done!

MONDAY

YOGALATES
2.69 miles on the treadmill @ 8:43 pace
Hatha yoga (couldn’t make it to hot yoga, but this was a good replacement)

TUESDAY

Strength and conditioning
3 miles on the treadmill @ 8:49 pace

WEDNESDAY

Tabata class
5 miles outside @ 8:54 pace

THURSDAY

Strength and conditioning class
2.21 miles outside in the cold and snow, mentally I was defeated and cut my run short 😦

FRIDAY

1.1 mile run on the treadmill @ 8:27 pace

SATURDAY

3 mile run outside @ 8:09 pace. I AM FEELING BETTER!

SUNDAY

I was supposed to do 13.1, but we had about 5 inches of snow and after shoveling the driveway to get to the gym I decided it was too warm outside to run on the treadmill. The plow had come through the neighborhood, but I was nervous about running on the main roads. I ended up running 5 miles outside in the snow and it was AWESOME!
