WEEKLY WORKOUT ADD-ON

I forgot on FRIDAY I was able to take Strenght and Conditioning with Lisa! I love this class and only get to it occasionally in the summer. It is always a great total body workout. This week was heavy on the butt, legs, and shoulders!
