This week the workouts strayed from the norm a bit due to a short work week (you have to love a four day week!) FRIDAY FAV #1 and a surprise trip out of town!

Strength and conditioning
4 mile run @ 8:30 pace
2:40 plank (this was during strength and conditioning class). The goal was 1 min. Plank, 15 sec. Rest, 45 sec. Plank, 10 sec. Rest, 30 sec. Plank. OR stay in plank position the whole time. Of course I chose the challenge and surprised myself!
Tabata class (we had a sub and she kicked our butts!) This is usually my easier workout day, but it was a much loved surprise and a great way to start the day! FRIDAY FAV#2

I skipped out on strength and conditioning class because I needed to run. We were leaving right after work for Sandusky.

Today was supposed to be 14 miles, but thanks to 5 degree temps with a windchill of-13 I switched things up.
