Hatha yoga ( I have been going to a Hot yoga class, but couldn’t make it today so I went to this class instead)

Strength and conditioning class
3.04 mile run on the treadmill (too cold outside)

Wednesday
Tabata class
5 mile run

Thursday
Strength and conditioning class
3.02 mile run

Friday
1.07 mile run on the treadmill for my run streak day 21!

Saturday
5.01 mile run outside! Sunny and not freezing I ran for Meg #megsmiles

Sunday
6 mile run

Weekly mileage
24.22 miles
